This traditional form of massage dates back about 4000 years and is deeply rooted in the ancient Ayervedic healing system. It works with accupressure points around the head, neck, face and shoulders. Kirsty guides your breath as she massages these points to release tension and allow the energy to flow freely.

Indian head massage is done sitting upright in a chair and focuses on the neck, shoulders, arms, scalp and face.

This form of massage can help with anxiety, stress and tension, congestion and stress-related headaches. It can also help promote a healthy scalp and hair folicules; leading to strong and shiny hair.

Your massage will last for 35-40 minutes and will end with a cup of herbal tea or glass of water to detoxify post treatment.
