Service Description

"I am available for a limited amout of private sessions. I like to have an in depth chat with my private students on booking, to discover what they might benefit from and go through any injuries or conditions that may limit your practice. I also like to have a quick 5 minute chat before the session starts on how your energy is that particular day and I will adapt the practice plan to accommodate. The styles that I teach are Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin and Chair yoga. And optional, towards the end of the session is a complementary Indian head massage as a lovely way to close off the practice."
