WHICH YOGA CLASS IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?

WOMEN'S GENTLE YOGA
This class is a loving and nourishing space for women to connect through yoga. I guide the class through some breath awareness, compassionate, gentle movement and cultivate a safe and relaxing space, to help everyone feel comfortable enough to let go of tension.

FLOW & RESTORE
This flow begins with an energetic vinyasa sequence designed to really warm up and build strength in the muscles and connective tissue throughout the body. For the restore portion, I slow down the pace of the class and offer the oportunity to explore for longer in each pose.
VINYASA
I guide the class through a dynamic series of movements. The poses change from week to week but my focus throughout the class is connecting movement to breath, exploring the medatative flow-like state. I weave in elements of mindfulness and yogic philosophy to encourage thought-provoking inquiry.

RESTORATIVE
The focus of restorative yoga is on letting go. I'm always amazed by how deeply the body can surrender when we don't push. I guide the breathing, encouraging the class to listen to their body, while in each pose for several minutes.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME TO YOGA?

  • Mats and props are available to borrow for free
 
  • Please wear clothing you are comfortable stretching in and bring a cozy sweatshirt or blanket
 
  • If you have you own yoga mat or comfort props like eye pillows etc, bring them along too
 
  • Please arrive 5/10 minutes early to your first class or workshop, to fill in a health & disclaimer form
