VINYASA YOGA
Kirsty guides the class through a dynamic series of movements. The poses change from week to week but her focus throughout the class is connecting movement to breath and this creates a medatative flow-like state.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
The focus of restorative yoga is on letting go. Kirsty cultivates an inviting and relaxing space to release tension. She leads the class deeper into breathing techniques and encourages her students to listen to their body while moving through the postures.
